• Server maintenance
• Internet provider problems

EuraStream is not responsible for downtime caused by third-party interruptions.

All logos, brand names, and visual content on our website are property of EuraStream. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

EuraStream shall not be held liable for:

• Content availability or legality in your region
• Use of third-party IPTV apps (e.g., Smarters, Televizo, IPTV+)
• Loss of service due to device failure, app malfunction, or poor internet

8. Payment & Refunds

Payments must be made through the accepted methods (Credit Card, Crypto, etc.).

By purchasing, you agree to our Refund Policy.

No chargebacks or unauthorized disputes are accepted. Open disputes may result in account termination.

9. Prohibited Use
