Due to the nature of digital IPTV services and instant service activation, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

We offer partial refunds only under the following circumstances:

Within 1 – 3 Days 50% Refund
Within 3 – 7 Days 25% Refund
After 7 Days No Refund

2. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer any refund in the following cases:

  • You are unable to install or configure the IPTV app on your device.
  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • Your internet connection is unstable or too slow to support IPTV.
  • The device you're using is not compatible or blocked.
  • You purchased the wrong plan or provided incorrect details.
  • Channel or content requests not being fulfilled.
  • You didn’t test the service before buying (we offer Free Trial).

3. Important Notes

  • Refunds, if eligible, are issued only via the original payment method.
  • Refund processing can take up to 7 business days.
  • All subscription plans are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  • Refunds are based on purchase time, not usage.

  • Your order ID or email used
  • The date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

5. Our Recommendation

We strongly encourage all users to request a Free Trial before purchasing a long-term plan to ensure compatibility with your device and satisfaction with the service.
